Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Methods: We ship only within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout or flat rate [e.g., $5.99] – Estimated delivery 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: Calculated or flat rate [e.g., $12.99] – Estimated delivery 2–4 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over the current promotional threshold (e.g., $35, $50, $75, or $100, depending on active offers) – Check your cart or promotions for the exact amount.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination (via Shopify Shipping or integrated carriers). Tracking is provided when available and sent via email once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery estimates appear at checkout and are not guaranteed. They depend on carrier performance, your location, and potential delays (weather, holidays, peak volume). We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track directly on the carrier's site.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments: Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date if your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. Provide your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll coordinate with the carrier to resolve.
Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order ships. If an incorrect address causes a return to us, you may cover reshipping costs.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping Processing and delivery may extend during peak periods (e.g., holidays, Black Friday). Order early to avoid delays.
